777cd Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the 777cd platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using 777cd.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 777cd, including but not limited to: cricket betting and sports wagering, live casino games, slot games, table tennis markets, and any promotional features. They are supplemented by product-specific rules (e.g., betting rules, game rules) published elsewhere on the platform, which shall be read together with these Terms.

777cd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

2. Eligibility

Access to 777cd is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied concurrently:

• 18+ You must be at least 18 years of age. 777cd strictly prohibits use by minors. Age verification may be requested at any stage including before the first withdrawal is processed.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual in a personal capacity and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 777cd, its affiliated entities, software suppliers, or payment processors — or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list associated with 777cd or its partner platforms.
• You are solely responsible for determining whether use of the 777cd platform is lawful in your specific province or jurisdiction within Pakistan. 777cd makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in all locations.

777cd reserves the right to decline registration, suspend, or permanently close any account where eligibility requirements are not met, without obligation to provide advance notice or justification.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on 777cd. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your 777cd account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and residential address. Any material misrepresentation constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

777cd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. You may be required to submit copies of identity documents — including your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — before your first withdrawal is processed or at any other time at 777cd's discretion. Failure to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 777cd will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you. Notify 777cd support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Funds

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777cd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 200 and the minimum withdrawal is Rs 500.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed subject to successful identity verification. 777cd aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) business day; however, this timeline is not guaranteed and may be affected by banking institution processing times. 777cd is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.3 No Interest on Balances

Account balances held on the 777cd platform do not accrue interest. 777cd reserves the right to close dormant accounts (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months) and, following adequate notice, forfeit the remaining balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

777cd complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Deposits may only be made from payment methods registered in your own name. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or where unusual patterns are identified.

5. Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting markets on 777cd, including PSL cricket, T20 internationals, ODI series, Test matches, table tennis, and all other sports featured on the platform:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet acceptance. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the user.
• 777cd reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced if the bet was accepted in error or due to a system fault, or where the odds were clearly erroneous ("palpable error").
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, settlement will be determined by the specific rules applicable to that sport and market type, as published on the 777cd platform.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip prior to confirmation.
• 777cd reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual account at its discretion.
• Any attempt to exploit arbitrage, technical vulnerabilities, or irregularities in the odds feed constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 8 of these Terms.

6. Casino Games

All casino games available through 777cd — including live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar) and RNG slot titles — are subject to the following terms:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning conducted by trained croupiers in a studio environment.
• All RNG titles available on 777cd are sourced from software providers independently audited for fairness by recognised testing laboratories.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a casino game, 777cd's system logs will be used to determine the final outcome. 777cd's decision in such matters is final.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 777cd offers promotional bonuses to users. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without meeting applicable wagering requirements.
• Each promotion is available once per person, household, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 777cd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus, or placing offsetting bets — constitutes prohibited conduct and will result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
• Bonus balances and wagering progress will be forfeited upon account closure, whether initiated by the user or by 777cd.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777cd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating or operating more than one 777cd account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, palpable odds errors, or system vulnerabilities.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Conducting coordinated betting to influence market outcomes (match fixing or syndicate activity).
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 777cd staff or other users via any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

18+ 777cd is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered users from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 777cd account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can sustain over a defined period.
• Session Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 777cd content without express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777cd shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (c) service interruptions caused by factors outside 777cd's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications outages, payment processor failures, or force majeure events.

777cd's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

777cd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform homepage and, where practicable, via the contact details associated with your account. Your continued use of 777cd following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the terms of the licence under which 777cd operates. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 777cd platform, you agree to first contact 777cd support to seek resolution through our internal complaints process. 777cd aims to resolve all complaints within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
